Introduction Meeting
Your journey with us begins with what we call the Introduction Meeting. This first conversation is designed to be relaxed and open, giving us the chance to get to know you on a deeper level. We’ll talk about what matters most to you—your financial goals, the milestones you hope to reach, the dreams you want to pursue, and even the fears or challenges that may be weighing on you. By listening carefully, we begin to understand not just the numbers, but the story behind them.
At the same time, we’ll share more about ourselves. You’ll meet our team and learn about our philosophy: how we approach money management, the values that guide our advice, and the principles that shape our recommendations. We’ll also be clear about the scope of our role as your advisor—what we can do to help you succeed, and just as important – the things we cannot do. This transparency ensures you know exactly what to expect from the relationship.
The Introduction Meeting is not about making decisions on the spot. Instead, it’s about building a foundation of trust and clarity. By the end of this first step, you’ll have a better sense of who we are, how we work, and whether our approach feels like the right fit for you. From there, we can move forward together with confidence, knowing that your financial journey is supported by a team that understands your unique vision for the future.
Money Purpose Meeting
The second step in our process is what we call the Money Purpose Meeting. This is where we begin shaping the framework of your plan together. Typically, we’ll meet in our conference room for a focused, collaborative session, though we’re happy to accommodate video conferencing if that’s more convenient for you.
During this meeting, we’ll pull your plan up on the screen and start inputting your goals. As we walk through each area, we’ll ask thoughtful questions—some you may not have considered before—that help uncover what truly matters to you and how your financial decisions can support those priorities. If you’re married, we ask that your spouse join us so everyone is aligned and working toward the same vision.
By the end of the Money Purpose Meeting, you’ll leave with clarity about the direction of your plan and confidence that it reflects your values and aspirations. We’ll also provide a “homework” assignment: a list of requested statements and documents that will allow us to finalize your plan in greater detail. This step ensures that when we move forward, we’re working with the most accurate information and building a plan that’s both comprehensive and tailored to your life.
Plan Presentation Meeting
The final step in our process is the Plan Presentation Meeting. Developing your personalized plan typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of your situation and the unique circumstances we’ve uncovered together. During this meeting, we present the completed plan and walk through the results in detail.
Our goal is to provide clarity and reassurance—showing you how your outlined goals can be achieved, or discussing areas where adjustments may be necessary to ensure long‑term success. This is a collaborative conversation, where we refine the plan together and make sure it reflects both your priorities and realistic strategies for reaching them.
Whether you decide to hire us as your advisor or not, we believe you should walk away with value. That’s why we provide actionable suggestions tailored to your unique situation—steps you can take immediately to strengthen your financial future. There is no cost and no commitment for this entire process, because we believe a plan only has worth if it is implemented.
The Plan Presentation Meeting is designed to give you confidence, clarity, and a roadmap forward, ensuring that your financial journey is supported by practical strategies and a team dedicated to helping you succeed.
